Mindful Solutions coaches use decades of education experience and combine their student centered skills with current scientifically proven techniques to guide students toward self-awareness and independent EF skills. Through one-on-one coaching sessions our EF specialists help students plan, organize and set goals . We also focus on helping students recognize their own strengths and weaknesses so they are able to develop individual strategies that will work for them now and in the future.

A typical session will consist of
Reviewing last weeks goals and the strategies used to accomplish these goals. Examine effectiveness of each strategy.
Looking at the calendar and upcoming assignments
Planning and goal setting for upcoming week
